Job Title: HRIS Analyst
Reports To: Vice President, Financial Systems
Position Summary:
G-III is searching for an experienced data driven HRIS Analyst to manage and optimize our ADP HR and Payroll systems. The candidate in this role will serve as the subject matter expert on the HRIS system and will play a key role in our exciting transition from ADP Workforce Now to ADP Lyric, ensuring data and system integrity, streamlining, and harmonizing processes, and providing actionable insights through data and reporting. The ideal candidate will have project management experience and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional partners supporting all functional areas within ADP Lyric. They will also be responsible for managing historical HR and payroll data that will not transition into our new HR and Payroll system.
Key Responsibilities:
System Management & Optimization
- Coordinate with ADP to oversee the maintenance, configuration, and optimization of the ADP HR and Payroll system.
- Ensure system functionality and data integrity, including troubleshooting, testing, and user support.
- Recommend and implement system enhancements to streamline HR and payroll processes.
- Maintain awareness of current trends in HRIS with a focus on delivery, support and applying key technologies.
Data Management & Reporting:
- Build, develop and deliver standard and ad-hoc reports to meet the needs of HR, Payroll, Finance, and other departments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the business to understand reporting needs and deliver timely solutions including data insights that support strategic decision-making.
- Manage and maintain historical HR and payroll data that will remain outside the new system, ensuring accessibility and compliance with company policies and regulations.
Process Improvement:
- Analyze and recommend enhancements to existing HR and payroll workflows, identifying opportunities to increase efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement streamlined processes that align with business needs.
Project Management:
- Lead HRIS related projects, taking full ownership of managing the work, deadlines, and resources to ensure successful implementation and completion.
- Ensure timely and successful project delivery by coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
- Develop project plans, track progress, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Other duties as assigned.
Compliance & Security:
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and data privacy regulations.
- Maintain a high-level of confidentiality and security for all HR and payroll data.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience in HR and payroll systems, preferably with ADP HR and payroll systems.
- Experience leading HRIS implementation or migration projects.
- Project management skills with experience managing cross-functional initiatives.
- Mid to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and with data analytics and reporting tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
The pay range for this position is: $80,000 - $115,000 per year.

Salary : $80,000 - $115,000
