Responsibilities:
- Responsible for recruitment coordination for open positions
- Coordinating interview times with hiring managers and candidates.
- Managing scheduling conflicts
- Providing candidates with information about the company, role expectations, and interview process
- Initiating and managing background checks
- Drafting and delivering hiring offer letters to selected candidates
- Employee Relations and vendor management
- Maintain employee attendance records and vacation time
- Maintain HR Systems
- Manage HR’s vendor bills and ensure the accuracy.
- Conduct the employee documents filing and perform data validation
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years previous experience in Human Resources
- Bachelor's Degree
- Degree in Human Resources or related is a plus
