Job Title :    Spanish Technical Support Specialist

Location : Phoenix, AZ, 85012

Duration : 6-Month Contract

Pay Rate : $20 to $23 an hour on W2

Job Description : Position Overview :

The Help Desk Support role is responsible for assisting clients with the issue. The role involves troubleshooting, identifying solutions, and guiding users through corrective steps to resolve technical concerns efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide technical support by identifying and resolving client issues.

Research and deliver effective solutions while guiding clients through troubleshooting steps.

Utilize ticketing systems to track and manage support requests.

Maintain strong communication and customer service skills, ensuring patience and empathy while assisting users.

Demonstrate technical proficiency in computer systems, troubleshooting, and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

Work within an office environment and handle call center operations as needed.

Required Skills & Experience :

Office environment experience

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Technical proficiency in computer systems and troubleshooting

Familiarity with ticketing systems

Ability to multitask while providing excellent customer service.

High school diploma required & Must be Spanish Bilingual
