Payrate : $21 / hr on W2
Work Location : 3003 North Central Avenue, 23rd Floor, Phoenix, AZ, 8501
Position Description
The Help Desk Support Specialist will provide assistance for the Centralized Background Check Portal , launched on June 1, 2023 . The role involves a combination of technical expertise and customer service to diagnose and resolve user issues efficiently.
Responsibilities :
- Provide answers to clients by identifying problems, researching solutions, and guiding them through corrective steps.
- Utilize both technical knowledge and soft skills to diagnose and resolve user problems.
- Demonstrate strong technical proficiency in computer systems and troubleshooting.
- Deliver excellent customer service and communicate effectively with users.
- Apply problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities to resolve issues efficiently.
- Use a ticketing system to log and track user inquiries and resolutions.
- Show patience and empathy when assisting users with technical issues.
Skills Required
Experience & Education
Call Center experience in an office environment.
High School Diploma required.
