Location : Nashville, TN
Duration : 12 months
Pay Range : $27 / hr. on w2
Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate is a seasoned IT professional with 5-10 years of hands-on technical support experience, excelling in troubleshooting IT issues, managing Active Directory, and supporting end-users. They are detail-oriented, customer-focused, and adept at handling hardware, software, and networking issues in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide end-user technical support, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and maintain Active Directory (AD) for user account management, password resets, and permissions.
- Utilize ServiceNow for ticket tracking, escalation, and resolution, ensuring timely and efficient support.
Image and deploy desktops / laptops (e.g. Latitude, OptiPlex, Precision) and support Windows OS (XP, 7, 10, 11) and MacOS environments.
Provide support for networking devices (routers, switches, and phones) and network printers.
Certifications (Preferred) :
Additional certifications in IT support are a plus
