Personal Injury Receptionist

Description of role:
ASK LLP’s personal injury/mass torts department is looking for a Receptionist to join our team! The role will primarily be responsible for client communication, attorney scheduling, answer calls and file management. Candidates should be highly motivated, organized, detailed oriented with the ability to work independently on assigned projects.

Primary Responsibilities:
- General reception duties
- Answering incoming client calls and directing to the correct person.
- Data entry and file management in client database.
Other Responsibilities:
- Organize client files
- Copying, scanning, typing, mailing
- Work with little or no supervision
Requirements:
- 5 year relevant experience
- Proficiency in computer software databases
- Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook
- Must be confident and comfortable communicating with a diverse group of clients over the phone
- Law firm experience in personal injury (preferred but not required)
- Experience handling medical records or HIPAA (preferred but not required).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
