Location : Phoenix, AZ, 85007
Duration : 8-Months Contract
Pay Rate : $18 to $20 on W2
Job Description : Position Overview :
The role involves professionally handling inbound telephone calls related to individual and business tax compliance, delinquencies, and general information requests. Success in this role requires a commitment to serving customers with a positive attitude and a focus on doing the right thing.
Key Responsibilities :
- Answer incoming calls in a fast-paced environment.
- Resolve Tier 1 level issues.
- Review and update taxpayer accounts.
- Verify, gather, and update key information simultaneously.
- Educate taxpayers on online resources and current tax policies.
- Submit requests for payment arrangements.
- Participate in all team engagement activities.
- Meet performance expectations.
