Job Title : Customer Solutions Representative / Data Entry

Location : Irwindale CA 91706 (Hybrid - On-site Wednesday and Thursday)

Duration : 1 Months contract

Pay rate : $23 / Hr on W2

Note : This work will be required around the holiday season, so do not submit any candidates who are unable to work during the holidays.

Education Requirement : High School Diploma or Equivalent

Day-to-Day Responsibilities / Workload :

Day to day duties would consist of manual review of customer data in SAP and in Excel, researching customer information via google or other online sources, and providing the correct NAICS code. On average, an individual can do 10 -15 customers per hour.

Required Skills / Attributes :

Has an intermediate to advanced level of understanding of software platforms such as Microsoft Excel, MS Access, SAS, or other data analytics tools Has demonstrated experience with data analytics Has demonstrated experience analyzing large amounts of data Can perform research based on limited information to resolve customer records with missing or incomplete NAICS data Has experience with customer data repositories such as SAP

Desired Skills / Attributes :

Background in Utilities, Information Technology, or data analytics Experience with NAICS codes Experience with Utility data Experience with SAP
