Job Title : Document Control Specialist

Location : Rosemead, CA

Duration : 12 months

Pay range : $25 / Hr to $31 / Hr on W2

Job Description :

  • Education Requirement : High School Diploma or Equivalent

Day-to-Day Responsibilities / Workload

  • Scan physical contracts and convert them to digital format.
  • Verify clarity and accuracy of scanned files.
  • Upload contracts to the EDMRM system, following naming conventions.
  • Ensure data security and handle sensitive documents with discretion.
  • Troubleshoot scanning and uploading issues.

  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, time management, and communication skills.
