Job Title : Mobile Marketing Insights Manager

Location : Plano, TX 75023

Duration : 12 months

Pay rate : $50-$52.00

Job Description :

The Mobile NCME Insights Manager is part of the Mobile Consumer and Market Insights (CMI) team, supporting the Mobile Experience (MX) division in Plano, TX. The role focuses on delivering insights for the New Computing and Mobile Enhancement (NCME) business, which includes tablets, laptops, smartwatches, headphones, and smart rings.The Insights Manager provides KPIs, metrics, and updates on consumer attitudes, usage, and behaviors across their journey while Focus groups, in-home ethnographies, interviews, etc.

Secondary Research :

  • Analyze secondary data sources.
  • Manage brand health trackers and monthly KPI dashboards.
  • Research Project Management :
  • Collaborate with the NCME team lead to :
  • Understand business challenges and develop comprehensive research briefs.
  • Recommend suitable methodologies.
  • Select vendors through the RFP process.
  • Manage research vendors from study design to final presentation delivery.
  • Analyze data using Excel and present actionable insights via PowerPoint.
  • Present findings and recommendations to VP-level stakeholders.

Consumer Insights Strategy :

  • Assist the director in creating learning plans based on business needs and priorities.

  • Business Acumen and Impact
  • Strong ability to understand business issues and provide meaningful recommendations.
  • Confidently engage stakeholders at various levels (up to Senior Director level).
  • Research Expertise
  • Expertise in primary research (quantitative and qualitative methods).
  • Familiarity with syndicated research tools (e.g., Nielsen, NPD).
  • Proven ability to independently manage research projects.
  • Vendor & Team Management
  • Conduct RFP evaluations and manage vendor relationships to ensure project success.
  • Communication and Technical Skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
  • Tableau and SPSS knowledge is a plus.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Bachelors degree in business, marketing, product management, or a related field.
  • 6 years of experience in marketing, trade marketing, product management, or sales.
  • Strong research experience in electronics / mobile or consumer packaged goods (CPG).

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Masters degree in business or related fields.
  • 6 years of experience in consumer data analysis and business-driven insights.
  • Experience analyzing electronics and working with retailers.
  • Background in small / medium B2B OEM marketing or digital marketing agencies.
  • Proficiency in social measurement platforms (e.g., Sprinklr).
