Job Tit le : Data Entry Clerk

Location : Columbus OH 43219 (Onsite)

Duration : 12 Months Contract

Pay Range is $18 to $19.42 / hr. on W2

Job Description :

Process share transfer requests and investigate payment and disbursement issues.
Manage outstanding debits, check reissues, and stop payments.
Resolve escalated client concerns while maintaining compliance with regulatory and control guidelines.
Collaborate across departments, including phone and operations teams, to ensure seamless service.
Meet production and quality benchmarks consistently and cross-train across multiple functions.

Qualifications :

Exceptional quality control expertise in operational processes.

Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Ability to manage numerous tasks in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Knowledge of Wealth Management products and services preferred.

Proven problem-solving ability and accountability for high-impact responsibilities.
