Pay Range is $40- $43 / hr.

Key Responsibilities :
Requirements Elicitation and Analysis : You'll be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements for business process changes, including information systems and policies, especially for larger business problems.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders : Communicating and validating requirements with stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), ensuring alignment with overall project plans.
- Solution and Process Implementation : You'll work to ensure that the proposed solutions meet the needs of the business, managing change requests, and implementing business solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Post-Implementation Audits and Feedback : You will be expected to design and conduct audits and feedback mechanisms to analyze post-implementation results, creating plans to address any weaknesses.
- Metrics and Reporting : Ensuring the development and maintenance of reporting tools to track business performance against industry benchmarks.
- Business Process and Organizational Impact : You will analyze and design workflow processes, ensuring that the proposed solutions are efficiently tested and implemented.
- Leadership and Peer Review : As an experienced professional, you will provide leadership, guidance, and oversight for less experienced analysts, performing regular peer reviews.
- A Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a related field, or 7 years of experience if no degree is present.
- 5 years of experience in a related field is required.
