Pay Rate : 40.00 - 60.00 / hr
Job Description : Required Skills :
- Candidate is responsible for processing work in queued ticketing systems, closing or escalating tickets and issues, and documenting resolution in ticketing or knowledge management systems to help resolve similar problems quickly in the future.
- This temporary role involves tasks like diagnosing and resolving computer-related problems in hardware, applications, and operating systems, including issues related to installations and configurations.
- Candidate should have the ability to provide primary support to resolve issues relating to computer and printer repair and ensure documentation is accurate and updated regularly.
- Must have : Proficiency in office computer software, including Microsoft Office and PowerPoint.
