What you'll do:

  • Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities in the mid-market segment.
  • Own the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to negotiation and deal closing.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business needs and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Navigate change and ambiguity with confidence, finding creative solutions to roadblocks in a dynamic SaaS environment.
  • Crush your quota by consistently hitting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success to optimize lead generation and customer retention efforts.
  • Responsible for ~20-30% self-sourced pipeline generation as a complement to inbound marketing and SDR generated leads.


Who you are:

  • You have a minimum of 3 years in SaaS sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • You thrive on finding and closing new business opportunities.
  • You’re comfortable with change and can pivot quickly to meet shifting priorities or market dynamics.
  • You’re ambitious, self-motivated, and love a good challenge.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
  • You collaborate well across teams while maintaining ownership of your goals.
  • You have a deep understanding of business operations and can align solutions with clients' strategic goals
