POSITION: Tram/Golf Cart Driver
DEPARTMENT: Event Services
REPORTS TO: Director of Event Services
FLSA STATUS: Part-time hourly, Non-Exempt

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate tram/golf cart in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to traffic laws and regulations.
- Ensure the safety of passengers and pedestrians during boarding, travel, and disembarking.
- Greet passengers in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Assist passengers with boarding and providing information about routes and stops.
- Follow designated routes and schedules.
- Announce stops and provide information about upcoming stops or points of interest.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the tram/golf cart is in good working condition.
- Report any malfunctions or issues to maintenance personnel.
- Respond to emergencies, such as accidents or medical incidents, by following established procedures.
- Communicate with dispatch or emergency services as needed.
Education and/or Experience
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
Skills and Abilities
- Proficient and safe driving skills, including the ability to operate a trolley in various traffic conditions.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with passengers.
- Clear verbal communication skills to provide announcements and interact with passengers.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and emergency procedures.
- Ability to remain calm and act decisively in emergency situations.
- Ability to address and resolve issues that may arise during the course of duty.
- Familiarity with the designated tram/golf cart route, stops, and points of interest.
LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS
Must have a valid Driver’s license or the equivalent
