Compensation : Compensation is dependent on experience and ranges from $26.50 / hourly to $29.50 / hourly.

General Summary :

Process daily accounts payable transactions, files and records.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities :

Process, verify, and reconcile vendor invoices using D365, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Perform a three-way match to verify that purchase orders, receipts, and invoices are consistent before processing payments.

Manage weekly and monthly payment cycles, including ACH and check payments.

Review and validate invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports to ensure accuracy and identify and resolve discrepancies efficiently.

Maintain vendor accounts, ensuring that documentation is organized, up-to-date, and compliant with internal controls.

Collaborate with internal departments to resolve payment issues and ensure smooth invoice approval workflows.

Support audit requirements by maintaining accurate records and assisting in providing documentation for external and internal audits.

Prevailing Wage Vendor Approvals.

Maintain vendor W-9 and COIs.

Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience :

Accounts Payable experience preferred.

Skills and Abilities :

Work effectively as part of a team and independently with limited supervision required.

Computer Skills :

Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Outlook required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or relevant Accounting Software with hands-on experience managing accounts payable processes is a plus.
