Position Title: Concierge Supervisor
Department: Guest Services
Reports to: Guest Services Manager
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt / Part-Time Hourly
Minimum Pay Rate: $17.50/hour
Maximum Pay Rate: $17.50/hour
POSITION SUMMARY
Represents the facility as initial contact for the general public during events. Supervises Guest Services breaks and/or meal period schedules to assure staff is relieved as needed.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Listen attentively to questions, concerns or suggestions and be prepared to answer questions as needed.
- Assist guests with seating problems and/or complaints.
- Assist with staff breaks.
- All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

This position is not substantially exposed to adverse conditions.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED; and at least one (1) year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
