Job Summary:
The receptionist will be responsible for overseeing the administration of the front desk from February through March. This is a temporary position assignment ending March 30, 2025. The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for T-Mobile Center by answering the main phone line, greeting visitors and guests, providing excellent customer service to internal and external clients by greeting visitors and maintaining a clean, safe and comfortable office environment.

Essential Duties:
- Welcome on-site visitors, announcing visitors to appropriate personnel.
- Answer all incoming calls on the main, multi-line system and direct to the appropriate contact, voice mailbox and/or handle as needed. Take messages and communicate to employees. Serve as backup for other phone lines when office admin staff is on break.
- Perform clerical work for departments as needed – filing, copying, special project fulfillment, etc.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
- A minimum education level of high school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of related work experience.
- Computer savvy with strong phone and customer service skills.
- Strong interpersonal, as well as written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Must have a friendly, calm and professional demeanor.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); and ability to learn required business systems.
- Experience in front office operations.
- Demonstrated ability to work with various personalities and to deal with difficult people.
- Organizational skills to gather, categorize and maintain business information.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends and/or holidays & overtime as required.
- Experience working in a front desk office environment.
