Duties

- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly while maintaining professionalism.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system for future reference.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and promotions to effectively assist customers.
- Utilize phone etiquette to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for callers.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a call center environment.
- Strong outbound calling skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Proficient typing skills for accurate data entry during customer interactions.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customer bases.
- Demonstrated phone etiquette and professionalism when interacting with customers.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
