Duties
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Utilize effective phone etiquette to communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Collaborate with sales teams to enhance customer experience and drive sales initiatives.
- Conduct outbound calling as necessary to follow up on customer inquiries or issues.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our computerized system for future reference.
- Assist in training new team members on best practices for customer support.
- Support multilingual customers by providing assistance in their preferred language when applicable.
Experience
- Previous experience in a call center or customer support role is preferred but not required.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in using various software applications.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated to achieve individual goals.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.73 - $22.66 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
