*Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Experience Coordinator to join the team at Aspects Big Sky. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle various guest inquiries efficiently. As the primary point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in enhancing guest satisfaction.
*Duties*
- Perform routine inspections of the residences to ensure that homes are in a constant state of readiness
- Assist guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, utilizing strong problem-solving skills to enhance their experience.
- Maintain effective communication with other departments to ensure seamless guest services.
- Assist with reservations, modifications, and cancellations through phone or in-person interactions.
- Maintain Accurate inventory of operating supplies.
- Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel policies to guests.
- Uphold high standards of phone etiquette while handling incoming calls related to guest services.
- Foster positive guest relations by being attentive to their needs and preferences throughout their stay.
*Qualifications*
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred; experience in hotel management is a plus.
- Strong time management skills in order to ensure same-day turnovers are effecient and effective.
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Proven ability to build rapport with guests and provide outstanding guest relations.
- Ability to work weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing reservations and guest requests.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on enhancing the overall guest experience.
We are currently looking to fill this seasonal role for the winter season, with an estimated start date of December 2nd. This position will be offered through the winter ski season with an opporutnity to move to full time year round at seasons close.
