Responsibilities
- Manage and quote inbound leads for home, auto, boat, and contractor insurance.
- Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing clients.
- Remarket existing accounts to ensure continued client satisfaction.
- Cross-sell insurance products to maximize coverage opportunities.
- Update and maintain client records in HawkSoft Agency Management System.
Requirements
- A valid NYS Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Experience in the insurance industry with a strong understanding of personal and commercial lines.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills to provide top-tier service.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to get along with others and work in a team environment.
Salary : $50,000 - $70,000
