Aspen Animal Wellness Veterinary Clinic is searching for another amazing CSR superhero to join our ever expanding team. Duties will include greeting and checking in clients and patients for appointments and surgeries, basic client education, scheduling appointments, routing phone calls, filling medication, processing payments and keeping the facilities clean and organized. We are champions of low-stress handling techniques and strive to make a trip to the veterinarian as enjoyable as possible for our clients and our patients. If you have excellent phone skills and the willingness to learn our hospital policies and procedures, we want to meet you! Knowledge of Cornerstone Software is a plus!
