Job Title : Family Law Associate Attorney
Location : Columbus, Ohio
Aspen Careers is working with a local firm that seeks to hire an associate attorney with 3-5 years of family law experience to join their team. The Family Law Practice Group is dedicated to supporting clients through compassionate and skilled advocacy.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare legal pleadings and discovery documents.
- Organize and respond to discovery requests.
- Draft motions and analyze financial information.
- Prepare marital balance sheets, child support guidelines, and spousal support calculations.
- Conduct legal research using platforms such as Lexis.
- Represent clients in state courts, including appearances before judicial officers.
