The Opportunity :
Join the Family Law practice group, working closely with well respected attorneys on complex, high-value cases in Franklin and surrounding counties.
Assist attorneys with cases from start to finish including scheduling depositions, compiling discovery, drafting pleadings, coordinating schedules, preparing filings, etc.
Develop into a leadership role by providing direction and training to other team members.
Work independently without being micro-managed.
The Ideal Candidate Has :

2-4 years of experience working as a Paralegal in family law.
A strong work ethic, is personable, and able to work independently with minimal oversight.
Be highly motivated and able to grasp tasks quickly.
A working knowledge of local court rules and procedures.
Tech-savvy skills – familiarity with MAC computers, Clio, Google Drive, Lexis Nexis, and Apple iPhone for office communications.
