Aspen Careers is working to identify candidates for the following career opportunity.
HR Manager - (Columbus, OH)
This role is responsible for recruiting, vetting, and onboarding new staff, managing employee benefits and compensation, and enforcing firm HR policies. Additionally, the individual will ensure compliance with labor laws, address employee relations matters, supervise staff, oversee time-off requests, and provide training on HR policies. They will also implement a performance review system to evaluate employee performance, set goals, and provide feedback, all while maintaining confidentiality and upholding the firm's ethical standards.
Qualifications :
- A minimum of two years experience in a similar role
- Bachelors Degree
- Law firm experience helpful
- HR Certification preferred
