Office Support – Aspen Contracting, Inc.
Location: National Headquarters, Lee's Summit, MO
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour (Based on experience)
Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Read and understand insurance property claims paperwork (Training provided)
Collaborate closely with our Production Team
Prepare final invoices for insurance companies and customers
Send mortgage checks/packets for endorsements
Make follow-up calls/emails to insurance companies, mortgage companies, and customers for collections
Assist with new location setup as directed
Process forms in Laserfiche
Manage client data in ASM CRM
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Key Competencies:
Self-starter, independent worker, excellent multitasking
Organized, efficient, with attention to detail
Friendly personality with effective communication skills
