Position Overview:
As a Construction Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in our company by helping homeowners restore and enhance their properties. This role is ideal for individuals who are driven, persuasive, and excel in communication. Key Responsibilities:
Canvassing and Lead Generation: Engage with homeowners through door-to-door canvassing to identify property restoration opportunities.
Customer Consultation: Conduct free property inspections, assess damage, and present restoration solutions to homeowners.
Project Management: Oversee the restoration process, ensuring quality workmanship and homeowner satisfaction.
Insurance Coordination: Collaborate with insurance companies to secure approvals and facilitate smooth project execution.
Technology Utilization: Use company-provided tools and technology to generate inspection reports, track leads, and manage customer interactions.
