We are currently seeking a Warranty Support Specialist to join our team and assist with processing warranty claims, supporting customers, and ensuring a seamless experience for all.
Position OverviewThe Warranty Support Specialist will play a key role in managing warranty claims, addressing customer inquiries, and working with internal teams to facilitate resolutions. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a strong customer service mindset.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for warranty-related customer inquiries.
- Process and track warranty claims, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
- Work with internal teams to coordinate inspections, repairs, and service requests.
- Maintain accurate records of warranty claims, customer communications, and claim resolutions.
- Provide timely updates to customers regarding claim statuses and coverage details.
- Troubleshoot warranty-related issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution.
- Assist internal departments with warranty-related tasks and process improvements.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1 years of experience in customer service, warranty processing, or administrative support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn internal software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
- Experience in the construction, roofing, or home improvement industry is a plus but not required.
