Life Enrichment Assistant
As the Life Enrichment Assistant you are responsible to help plan, create and implement a vibrant social activities program to meet the physical, social, intellectual and spiritual needs of the assisted living memory care resident population. We seek a creative, enthusiastic, energetic and caring individual with time management and organizational skills that will build relationships and enrich lives. Responsibilities
- Help create, update, and ensure the carrying out of a monthly activity calendar.
- Create and foster community relationships to enhance the activity programs.
- Ensure resident’s physical, social, intellectual and spiritual needs are met.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Relationship management skills.
- A self-motivated team player
- Be flexible and work well under pressure
- Computer literacy and experience.
- Be enthusiastic, energized, and ready to bring positivity to the community!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.50 - $22.00 per hour
