Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in commercial, corporate, and educational markets.
- Identify client needs and recommend tailored AV solutions, including video conferencing, digital signage, control systems, and more.
- Conduct onsite meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
- Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to develop proposals and quotes.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to company growth.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging AV technologies.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on progress.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of sales experience in the AV, technology, or IT industries (preferred).
- Strong understanding of AV solutions, including displays, control systems, and conferencing technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with strong organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
