Key Responsibilities
As a lead dentist with Aspen Dental, you will be responsible for leading a patient-centric team that respects your clinical judgment and leadership. You will assume excellent quality of care for all patients while adhering to the highest standards of dental practice ethics and professionalism. Your duties will include conducting comprehensive full mouth exams, diagnosing dental conditions, offering treatment planning options, providing high-quality clinical treatments, and maintaining awareness of the budget. You will also mentor and coach new dentists and dental professionals, keeping abreast of new developments in dentistry through continued education and professional development.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must be a DDS or DMD from an accredited school. You should have strong leadership skills and experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
