What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dental Practice Manager DDS position at Aspen Dental?
Join Our Team of Dedicated Dentists
Aspen Dental is seeking a senior dentist to lead our clinical operations. In this role, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality patient care and ensure that our dental practices meet the highest standards of excellence. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that values teamwork, innovation, and patient satisfaction.
Our senior dentists enjoy an income potential that's twice as high as the average private practice*. They also benefit from flexible scheduling, unlimited continuing education, and access to cutting-edge surgical training facilities. Additionally, they have the opportunity to own their practice through our Practice Ownership Program.
Key Responsibilities
As a senior dentist with Aspen Dental, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of patient care, mentoring junior dentists, and staying up-to-date with the latest developments in dentistry. You will also network with professional groups, dental associations, and societies to represent Aspen Dental-branded practices in the community.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must be a DDS or DMD from an accredited school. You should have strong leadership skills and experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Benefits
We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid time off, health, vision, and 401(k) savings plan. You'll also have back-end support to allow you more time to focus on your patients: finance, IT, marketing, billing, HR, call center, learning and development, plus so much more.
