Operations Manager

Job Summary:

As an Operations Lead at Aspen Dental, you will have the opportunity to give back to communities and positively affect patients' lives. You will report to the Manager and perform daily front office tasks and duties to help create lasting impressions and build trust and loyalty with patients.

Your Responsibilities:

• You will provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
• You will work collaboratively with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
• You will consult with patients on treatment options provided by the clinical team, verify insurance payment, and ensure high-quality care.
• You will supervise and reinforce the daily tasks and priorities of the non-clinical team under the direction of the Manager.
• You will review data day to day to evaluate the impact on the practice.
• You will oversee scheduling and confirming patient appointments.
• You will verify insurance payment, collection, balance nightly deposits, and credit card processing.
• You will perform additional tasks assigned by the Manager.

Requirements:

• You must have a High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• You must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
• You must demonstrate analytical thinking and place a premium on leveraging data.
• You must be organized and detail-oriented.
• Experience in sales is a plus.
