Job Summary

As an Operations Lead, you will have the opportunity to give back to communities and positively impact patients' lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
• Consult with patients on treatment options provided by the clinical team.
• Supervise and reinforce daily tasks and priorities of the non-clinical team.
• Review data to evaluate the impact on the practice.
• Oversee scheduling and confirming patient appointments.
