Mental Health Office Administrator I
· Willing to work a set schedule of M-F 1pm-7pm
Responsible for assisting Office Administrator II with all critical functions of successful office outcomes including but not limited to the following:
· Receiving and organizing Confidential Client Information
· Answering phones
· Making clients feel at ease and cared for
· Scheduling
· Occasionally Assisting in childcare during group/parent meetings (may require staying late from time to time)
· Social Media Marketing
· Work well within a team
· Light cleaning twice/wk such as vacuuming & wiping down surfaces w/anti-bacterial wipes
Required Skills:
· Positive Attitude and Team Player
· Innate ability to focus on what is best for the office and team overall (No Gossip, No Office Drama)
· Computer skills including Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office, Canva, Facebook, Instagram, Bluesky, & X
· Excellent Communication Skills
· Client Service
· Organization
· Minimum 2 years in related administrative or reception field
Minimum Education:
· Associate’s degree or Certificate in administrative assistant type function or 2 year’s equivalent experience preferred
· HIPAA Certification
· First Aid/CPR Certification
