JOB DESCRIPTION:

Looking for helping hands but eventually a manager for my business! Friendly, positive attitude, outgoing, can take and follow directions, critical thinker and problem solver.

-Short Term Vacation rental cleaning and Residential reoccurring cleaning. STR includes all laundry, dishes, organizing. Top to bottom cleaning of all homes STR's are located mainly at Purgatory Ski Resort.

-Reoccurring Residentials are our prized clients and cleaning thoroughly every time is essential. We only serve the best people we are very fortunate with the clients we have so it’s easy to love and serve them!

⭐️Requirments:

-Able to follow directions, but also a critical thinker. Creative to be best efficient with the time allotted to get the job done correctly, quickly and thoroughly every time.

-Must be able to work around dogs/cats

-Polite, professional, positive attitude required; your energy inside the home is very important

-Must be able to make sure the day runs smoothly in the field making sure each home is perfect before locking up and leaving

-Able to work in a fast paced environment-this job is very active!

-Dedication to the job-raises, tips and bonuses included with commitment and growth

-This is a sub contractor position-we are happy to make you an employee after some time with us

-Reliable transportation-AWD or 4WD with good treaded all terrain or snow tires (for winter) is required. Highway tires and/or 2WD will not work

-Responsible to bring nourishing food for yourself and come with a working able body ready to work

-Dress in respectable clothing for work yoga pants, sweats etc. no short shorts or short shirts

-Capable to keep up with your cleaning supplies I provide and pay for, for you for your jobs. (I will reimburse you for additional cleaning supplies you buy)

-$21/hour to start after your performance review (60 days) we are happy to give a raise and then again and again after some time if you are dedicated to us

-Schedule: it varies! Saturdays and Sundays especially busy season for the short term rentals. Monday-Friday typically start 8:30, ending around 2-5 pm depending on the houses for the day. Residential reoccurring clients M-F

-I treat cannabis as I do alcohol- no coming to work drunk or high. As well as no smoking tabacco or cannabis before work, in or around clients homes, or on the job in general. That Does include any vaping of any kind. With residential homes we have a lot of families and older clients- it is a no go for our business.

-No social media use, or chit chatty phone calls on the job. You’re welcome to answer your phone or text people back but nothing extensive or constant

⭐️Experience:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work is preferred but not required. I can train you!
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products is a plus

⭐️Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently to a gold standard
