Position Overview:

Are you a natural leader who loves keeping things organized, motivating a team, and ensuring top-notch quality? At Vetter Cleaning, we’re looking for a Field Supervisor to help lead our award-winning, family-owned cleaning team!

In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for our cleaning crews, making sure every home shines and every client is wowed. You'll train, support, and uplift our amazing techs while ensuring our #1-rated service standards are met. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support cleaning teams, ensuring top-quality service and adherence to company standards.
• Train, mentor, and motivate staff to foster a positive, professional team culture.
• Communicate with clients, address concerns, and ensure 5-star customer satisfaction.
• Conduct quality inspections and uphold safety standards.
• Manage schedules, staffing, and supply inventory to keep operations running smoothly.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure teams have what they need to succeed.
• Identify ways to improve efficiency and enhance the client experience.
• Uphold Vetter Cleaning’s core values in every interaction.
• Provide regular feedback, conduct performance reviews, and evaluate team members to support their growth and success.

What You Bring to the Team:

• Cleaning or janitorial experience? Awesome! Bonus points if you’ve led a team for 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Master multitasker! You can juggle schedules, problem-solve on the fly, and keep everything running smoothly.
• People person? Great! Strong communication and leadership skills are a must.
• Quick thinker & decision-maker. You stay cool under pressure and find solutions fast.
• Committed to excellence. You take pride in quality work, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Flexible & dependable. Willing to step up for occasional evening or weekend shifts when needed.
• Physically capable. Able to lift and carry supplies, and stay on your feet during shifts.
• Customer service skills? Even better! Experience working with clients is a plus.
