Summary
As a Building Supervisor at Jani-King, you will oversee the operational efficiency of our client facilities. This role is vital in ensuring that our high standards of cleanliness and service are consistently met while leading a team dedicated to excellence.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance operations to ensure optimal facility performance.
- Supervise a team of janitorial staff, providing guidance and support to achieve operational goals.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the life of equipment.
- Collaborate with all customers on-site to address facility-related issues promptly.
- Train staff when needed.
Qualifications
- Experience in facilities management or building supervision.
