Job Description
Position Summary
The Maintenance Technician is part of Aspen One’s Employee Housing team. This position is focused on providing tenants with timely repairs inside and outside of employee housing units. This position performs carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical, HVAC, snow removal, painting, carpet installation, cleaning and all other routine facility maintenance and construction tasks. This position reports to the Facilities Manager.

Essential Job Functions / Key Job Responsibilities
- Preparation and maintenance of employee housing units, including moving furniture
- Maintain common areas of all buildings in a presentable manner, keeping all walkways, lobbies, laundry rooms, etc. clean
- Responsible for lawn and landscape maintenance in the summer and snow and ice removal in the winter, in addition to trash removal year round
- General upkeep of facility equipment and basic mechanical aptitude for operation and repair of facility equipment and tools
- Observe safety and security procedures, reporting all safety hazards and suspicious persons or activities to management and adhering to all safety standards set by the department and company along with local, city and state laws
- Assist in the event of an emergency and / or security event as directed by management.
- Comply with all policies and procedures for the department, and Aspen One.
- Complete tasks and projects delegated by your manager and assist other departments as business volumes and staff levels demand.
- Will assist with other Facility Management and Aspen One functions as needed.
- Other duties as assigned
