FRONT OFFICE RECEPTIONIST - PART TIME
Aspen Orthodontics is looking for a Front Office Receptionist to join our extraordinary Team. Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, electric energy, professionalism, and a great team spirit. The Front Office Receptionist will work alongside our front and back office team in order to provide a fun and exceptional experience to all of our patients.
- No experience necessary, will train on the job
- Willing to travel to multiple locations – Chandler and Queen Creek
Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):
- Appointment scheduling
- Phone and email management
- Patient check-in and check-out
- Educating patients: oral hygiene and orthodontic treatment
- Patient records management
- Administrative support to the Orthodontist and Office Manager

Qualifications and Skills:
- High School Diploma
- Dental field experience (1 years)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 28 per week
