Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Canvass Manager to lead our field canvassing efforts. The Canvass Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of canvassers to effectively engage the community and achieve our outreach objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement canvassing strategies to meet organizational goals.
- Recruit, hire, and train a team of canvassers.
- Oversee daily operations and logistics of canvassing activities.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of canvassers to ensure goals are met.
- Maintain accurate records of canvassing results and prepare regular reports.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within canvassing, sales, or grassroots organizing.
