Key Responsibilities:
- Lead from the Front: Manage and motivate a high-performing canvassing team. Drive accountability, create energy in the field, and inspire your team to exceed daily and weekly goals.
- Recruit and Build Your Team: Identify, interview, and hire top canvassing talent. Ensure new hires are set up for success with the right training, expectations, and support.
- Coach and Mentor: Provide daily feedback and guidance. Run morning huddles, performance reviews, and one-on-ones to help team members improve and hit their numbers.
- Build Homeowner Trust: Create strong rapport at the door by communicating the value of working with Perfect Siding and identifying opportunities for home improvement.
- Own the Pitch: Confidently present our product offerings—including James Hardie and LP SmartSide siding—to homeowners with clarity and conviction.
- Hit Your Numbers: Consistently meet and exceed canvassing goals, booked appointments, and team KPIs.
- Field Presence: Be in the field with your team—walking neighborhoods, supporting reps, and keeping energy high. Expect to be on your feet and moving throughout the day.
- Drive with Responsibility: Operate a company-provided van to transport canvassing teams. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in supervising teams, preferably in a canvassing or sales environment.
- Strong skills in door-to-door canvassing techniques and telemarketing strategies.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply for effective communication with various communities.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on community engagement and support.
