Looking to make a difference? This growing litigation practice specializing in PI / Employment law is looking to add to their team!

Responsibilities will include :

  • Directing calls and interfacing with clients
  • Drafting legal documents
  • Scheduling appointments, depositions and meetings
  • Filing court documents
  • Maintaining calendars
  • Providing general administrative support

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 3 years experience in fast paced litigation practice
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Be detail minded and able to prioritize
  • Maintain a high degree of confidentiality
  • Stong computer skills
  • Team player attitutude

    • Salary - $23-28 / hour
