We are seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Health Services to join our team. As a key member of our Nursing Service Department, you will assist in planning, organizing, developing, and directing the day-to-day functions of the department.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the Director of Health Services to lead the clinical team and implement quality improvement initiatives
• Coordinate with other department leaders to ensure seamless delivery of care
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders
Requirements
Associate Degree
0-1 years of experience
Current, valid state RN license
CPR certification
