Aspen Residential Care Homes is a small business in residential care for developmentally disabled adults in Fresno, CA. We are professional, collaborative, supportive and our goal is to give our residents the best life possible. We are currently looking for experienced CNA's or Direct Care Staff. Part-time morning shift and full-time 2:00pm - 10:00pm shift available.
The nature of the job requires Direct Care Staff to provide direct care services to high risk, developmentally disabled adults in a state licensed residential care environment. This includes, but not limited to: administering medication to clients, dressing, grooming, bathing and other personal hygiene needs; maintaining house rules for the protection of the clients; supervision of client schedules and activities; and implementing and documenting clients daily care as well as programs activity consistent with the requirements outlined in the ISP/IPP.
Qualifications
- Caregiving experience
- Group Home, Assisted living or nursing home experience
- Ability to assist with ADLs and patient care
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of medication administration
- CNA certification is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $17.50 per hour
