AVAILABLE POSITIONS:
- Floating Leasing & Marketing Consultant
- Ability to sell & close the deal
- Outgoing, upbeat, bubbly personality
- Able to multitask effectively and problem solve
- Driven, able to meet and exceed goals (we give you the training and tools you need to succeed, you bring the drive you need to excel in your role!)
- Ability to work at all SW FL properties
- 1-3 years' experience in sales: retail, restaurant, hospitality, etc
- Assistant Community Manager
- Achieving maximum occupancy
- Minimizing delinquencies and collecting 100% rent each month
- Motivating and supporting associates to meet and exceed the goals
- Developing and implementing creative and extensive marketing campaigns
- Strategizing and executing successful resident retention strategies
- Performing administrative tasks necessary to support all aspects of the office
- Promoting opportunities within the company and assisting in building the team
