Position Summary
Aspen Standard Wealth is seeking a Senior Account Executive (Inside Sales) to establish and scale an effective inside sales function. This role is responsible for converting marketing qualified leads into sales qualified opportunities for financial advisors by qualifying warm inbound leads provided by marketing and by calling outbound leads. The Senior Account Executive will use consultative sales techniques to determine investors’ goals, educate them on our services, and schedule meetings with financial advisors. The Senior Account Executive will be the founding member of this function, responsible for building repeatable processes, setting up effective lead management systems, and delivering consistent results against ambitious growth targets. The Senior Account Executive will report to Aspen’s Chief Revenue Officer.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 50–100 outbound and inbound calls per day, primarily to warm, marketing-generated leads with $1M in investable assets.
- Qualify prospects and schedule meetings with financial advisors by identifying fit based on assets, intent, and geographic alignment. Ensure seamless handoffs to advisors by providing strong context and preparing leads for productive conversations.
- Build trust quickly with affluent individuals through clear, credible, and empathetic communication.
- Effectively position Aspen’s value proposition and set expectations for the financial planning process.
- Track and manage all activity using HubSpot Sales Hub, maintaining accurate records and timely follow-ups.
- Continuously improve scripts, objection handling, and workflows to increase conversion rates and efficiency.
- Monitor performance metrics (calls, appointments set/held, conversion rates) and use insights to refine approach and hit targets.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of inside sales experience, ideally at a high-growth RIA or wealth management firm (e.g., Fisher, Empower, Mariner, Edelman).
- Comfortable making 50–100 calls per day to high-net-worth individuals, using a consultative, rapport-driven sales approach.
- Experience qualifying and engaging warm, marketing-generated leads as well as outbound-sourced leads.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to quickly establish credibility and trust with affluent prospects.
- Process- and metrics-oriented, with experience using CRMs (HubSpot and/or Salesforce) and sales engagement tools.
- Self-starter with excellent time management skills; thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with minimal oversight.
- Demonstrated ability to iterate on call scripts, objection handling, and sales workflows to improve outcomes.
Salary : $45,000 - $120,000
