- Perform tasks in IFS to pull correct raw materials and deliver to proper line/location on production floor
- Keep production lines stocked with the required amount of product so they do not go down
- Ensure all materials are properly labeled, maintaining traceability before delivery to the production floor
- Escalates material shortage situations as they occur on line
- Placement of raw material in proper location within Warehouse
- Responsible for taking trash, recycling material to assigned area during and at the end of the shift
- MRB product is labeled prior to placing in cage
- Consolidate materials properly as assigned
- Complete all necessary paperwork in a complete and accurate manner, necessary transactions complete and accurate within IFS
- Work with Inventory team, Supervisors or Team Leaders on any discrepancies not able to resolve.
- Assist in hand unloading overseas containers
- Operate Hi Lo, pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery in a safe manner always. Attends proper safety training sessions as required and wears PPE in designated areas
- Trained on all applicable work instructions and performs work as specified in the documents.
- Proactively participate in Kaizen events and creates a culture of continuous improvement
- Proactively solves problems within own work area
- May be assigned to more complex tasks, as needed, to facilitate cross training and to cover department needs
- Utilizes downtime properly
- Overtime and weekend work are frequently required
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
- Six months related experience and/or training.
- Ability to do basic to intermediate mathematical operations as part of daily work
- Proficient in verbal and written communication with the ability to read and understand work instructions in English
- Ability to obtain Hi lo and order picker certification per OSHA standards
- Must have a positive attitude while maintaining flexibility
- Certified in GDP, IFS and Radley use, green badge and signoffs. Properly issues, un-issues using Radley
- Quantity discrepancies or Quality issues are to be immediately reported to the supervisor or team leader
- Communicate professionally to teammates when updates are needed regarding material priorities
- Maintains 6S work environment – cleanliness and organization
- Listen actively and takes direction from Supervisor / Team leader regarding daily work priorities
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Always follow all safety guidelines and procedures. Wears PPE as required. Enters Safety, CI suggestions into system
- Notify manager of safety concerns, accidents, injuries, near miss or property damage the same day
- Report quality concerns of product

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms
- Frequently required to stand, sit, walk, and talk or hear
- Ability to climb a ladder
- Frequently lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds
- Occasionally required to push 300 - 400 pounds on average on a rolling cart up an incline
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
