Job Title: Material Handler
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00/hr
Shift: 1st, 2nd, or 3rd Shift

Job Responsibilities:
- Load materials into vehicles and secure them with strapping, bracing, or padding to prevent shifting or damage in transit.
- Unload materials from trucks and convey them to designated staging areas.
- Operate various equipment, including forklifts.
- Perform inventory transfers and pull shipments.
- Conduct physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy.
- Handle tool movement and perform scrap requests.
- Load shipments and ensure proper documentation is completed.
- Audit, correct, and report deficiencies within assigned material areas.
- Maintain equipment, including watering batteries as needed.
- Adhere to department standards and DOT guidelines.
- Complete other duties as assigned by Supervisor or management.
Required Work Experience & Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.
- Strong math skills with the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately.
- Previous material handling experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work well in a team and fast-paced environment.
